🌟 Meet Our New High School Spanish Teacher! 🌟
We are so excited to welcome Ms. Corrine "Cori" Tallman to our school family! This is her 20th year of teaching, with experience both in the U.S. and overseas in China, South Korea, and Spain.
Ms. Tallman holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and Spanish from IUSB, as well as a master’s degree in English Teaching and Acquisition in Multilingual Contexts from Universitat Jaume I in Castellón de la Plana, Spain.
Outside the classroom, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, photography, and hiking with her dog, Zizinho (“Zizi”).
We are thrilled to have Ms. Tallman join BHS—please help us give her a warm welcome!

Today at BHS, we had our first Class Officer meeting with our newly elected class representatives, also Mr. Rohde took the "sunshine cart" around to staff courtesy of the PTO and our community sponsors.

We are excited to welcome Madison Sims to Bremen Elementary Middle School as our Special Education PreK and Kindergarten teacher! Madison brings 10 years of teaching experience and earned her degrees from Indiana Tech and Taylor University. She and her family live in Plymouth, where she enjoys life with her three children—Austin, Reagan, and Gracen. In her free time, Madison loves homemaking, natural and holistic healing, and thrifting. She looks forward to becoming an active part of our school community

Exciting times ahead as we welcome the Class of 2026 Seniors back to school! 🎉 Our recent gathering on the front lawn of the High School was a fantastic opportunity for Seniors, Staff, and the Bremen Police Department to connect. We enjoyed grilled hot dogs and participated in yard games, fostering a sense of community as we kicked off the new academic year. Our Seniors are ready to take on their final year at BHS!

We’re excited to welcome Mr. Hummer to the Bremen High School Guidance Department! He’s our new School Counselor for students with last names A–L.
Mr. Hummer grew up in Lakeville, IN, is the oldest of five, and is celebrating his one-year anniversary with his wife Sarah this August. He’s a proud dad to Gabriel (3) and a Doberman named Vader 🐾 (who has his own FB page!).
He’s a big fan of Notre Dame football, movies, anime, video games, roller coasters, and all things pizza! 🍕
