Open House - Grades 6-8 will be held Tuesday, August 8th from 6:00-7:00p.m. Mrs. Fitch will be available in the elementary office to take computer insurance payments. Mrs. Stouder will be available in her office in the cafeteria to take lunch account payments. Printed student schedules will be available in the K-8 gym.
Just a reminder this will be the only opportunity to see your child’s classroom and meet the teacher. Parents are not permitted past the elementary office during the school day including the first day of school. During arrival and dismissal times we will have numerous staff members to help students find their classroom.
NJHS members needing volunteer service hours can help distribute student schedules at tonight's MS Open House. Meet Mr. Flesvig in the MS gym at 5:30 pm. You'll receive 1 hour of volunteer service.
Middle School Open House is tonight (8/8/23) from 6-7 pm. Student schedules can be picked up in the middle school gym starting at 5:45 pm. Try out your locker and meet your teachers!

Harmony for High School is now open. Please make sure you are completing this by the first day of school. You should use the same login as last year. If you have a new student and have already filled out enrollment paperwork you should have received your code yesterday. If you are needing to enroll a new student please call the High School office at 574-546-3511 you can also call with any other additional questions. NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT for K-8 students ONLY will be today, Monday July 31, 2023 from 7:00 am - 6:00pm. This is for students who are new to Bremen Elementary-Middle School and have Not already completed paperwork. Incoming kindergarten students that have already completed Kindergarten roundup and turned in enrollment forms do NOT need to attend.
Parents are reminded when enrolling your child to bring a copy of any legal custody agreements, proof of residency ( utility bill, rental agreement, etc.) IEP if applicable, and name and address of the previous school your child attended.

Parents are strongly encouraged to complete a free and reduced lunch application each school year, unless you have been notified of direct certification. If your household is approved, this will help avoid negative lunch account balances for your family. An application is available in your Harmony portal.
Harmony is now live for K-8 parents ONLY. Please log in to your parent Harmony account and complete all the online registration forms. This must be completed before the start of school on Wednesday, August 9th. If you have forgotten your username, please contact the office and we will try to help you. If you have never created an account, please let us know and we can email you the invitation code for your child.

Attention incoming 8th Grade Students! The Fall 2023 Washington, D.C. trip is fast approaching and we have some exciting news: we are looking at taking TWO busses to DC! Bremen has never had a trip this large and we still have time for registrations! We are needing about 10 more people on our waitlist to secure the second bus. Southwire Back to School Event is still on!!!!
However, due to possible inclement weather, we are moving our Back to School Event to our 1115 W. North St., Bremen location. It’s just around the corner from our original location at Woodies Supermarket.
Free and Reduced Direct Certification emails were sent out today to parents. Please be sure to check your email to see if your child qualified for this upcoming school year. If your child qualified through direct certification, you do NOT need to complete a Free and Reduced lunch application.
Lunch applications are available in both school offices, the BPS website https://www.bps.k12.in.us/documents/about/free-%26-reduced-lunch-information/121559 and also on Harmony once it has been turned on for the school year.
