Reminder for incoming Freshman, TONIGHT is the Freshman Orientation starting at 6:30 in the Bowen Auditorium.
All 8th grade students need to bring a baby picture to Mrs. Nunemaker's classroom (205) for the yearbook. Make sure your first and last name are on the back. They will be handed back in a few weeks.

Bremen Public Schools will be closed both Thursday and Friday (2/3 & 2/4). Lessons will be posted by 10am on both days.
As I am sure you are aware, (I know our students are) is that there is a pending storm that will take place beginning tonight and running through Thursday. To make matters even better, Friday we are anticipating high winds, drifting snow, and very cold temperatures.
While there is a strong possibility that we will be closed Tomorrow – Friday, we will take this event one day at a time.

JA Biztown is open for business for our 6th graders!
Now accepting applications for the 2022-2023 preschool class. Children must be 4 years old before August 1st. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required with your application as well as a copy of your child's birth certificate and immunization record. Cost is $375 per month. Preschool is Monday through Friday for the entire school day. Proof of residency is required for all students currently enrolled at Bremen Public Schools. If you have not completed this obligation, please be sure this is done by Monday, February 7th. This is a requirement from the Indiana Department of Education. If you have already sent in your documentation, please disregard this notice.
February is our annual Read Like a Champion Challenge for PreK-8 students. BEMS students are challenged to read a combined 500,000 minutes during the month. PreK-3rd grade students are encourage to read 20 minutes per day. 4th-8th grade students are encouraged to read 30 minutes per day. Paper reading logs will be provided to students. There will be special dress up days and random drawings for prizes to students who are reading.
Freshman Orientation for the class of 2026 will take place Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 6 pm in the Bowen Auditorium. Any incoming Freshman and their families are welcome to attend.
Job Openings - Bremen Public Schools has a variety of job openings. We are looking for employees to work in the media center, with special education students, serving in the cafeteria, maintaining the bus fleet and as substitutes.
